5 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom necklace, based on one of the seller's designs on her site. She customized the design and colors to what I wanted, while offering suggestions that I took her up on since they were a great idea! She also did a nice job of listening to my customization (this piece was for an older relative, so I didn't want it to be too funky). And, the best part was that the seller mailed the piece out as soon as I had paid. Overall, a great experience!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I want you to be as happy with your jewelry as I was creating it. I've tried to be as detailed as possible in my photos and descriptions, so please read the description and sizing info carefully before making a purchase.
All international sales are final due to import restrictions and taxes.
Repairs:
I do my best to make sure each piece is durable for normal wear and use, however, handmade jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. If something does break or gets damaged, please save all the pieces and I will be happy to try to repair the item for you. Send me a message to let me know what happened and we'll work something out. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please send me a message within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss return/exchange/repair.
Returns:
I will accept returns within 5 days of receiving an item. Returned items must be clean and undamaged. Please send me a message as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the item back, less the shipping cost. Returned earrings will be less $2 to swap out the hooks for sanitary reasons.

Payments should be made through Paypal within 3 days of checkout. After 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted.

Items will ship via USPS First Class within 3 business days of payment (excluding holidays and weekends). I will ship to your Etsy address, so please be sure it is up-to-date. If you need it sent to a different address (e.g., a gift), please let me know in the "message to sender." I'll send you a message to let you know when your package is in the mail.
