♥ ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES - Please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days to fulfill (physically ship) orders out! Generally we ship them within 5 days, but occasionally we must order specific stock, or we might be at a convention, which adds a few days onto the time it takes to ship out orders. And then the actual amount of time it takes to arrive at your location depends on where you are. Again, orders are shipped from here within 2-10 days depending on certain factors (though we typically ship out within 5 days when we are able).

♥ DISPLAY IMAGES - The frames in the images are for *display* purposes only--they are meant to show you what the art would look like once framed and/or matted. They are *NOT* included in your orders, which will be shipped either rolled in paper in a poster tube or in a rigid stay-flat mailer**

♥ STICKERS - While the stickers are water-resistant vinyl and protected with a clear coating, they are only water-resistant to a point; as such, we do not recommend using them as car bumper stickers for the time being. We've tested them out (and have also gotten feedback) and unfortunately they do not tend to hold up well against things like automatic car washers and constant sun exposure, because they weren't made with use on cars in mind (I'd only used standard, rectangular bumper stickers and didn't think that people would be using these types of stickers on their cars for some reason). Until then, we do not recommend applying them to your car unless you are okay with replacing them occasionally. We're currently looking for a good alternative material and better UV sealant, but at the moment, we haven't found any; we'll update when we do! :)

♥ CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please remember that custom charges are *your* responsibility! We are *not* responsible for your custom charges as they are *not* included in our shipping costs.

We understand that international shipping costs are high *before* you even add in extra customs charges & fees; however, we charge the lowest we are able to without losing money. Actually, once you factor in the cost of shipping tubes, labels, labor, etc, we actually *are* losing a small amount with each international order, so please understand that we don't like the high cost any more than you do. Unfortunately, not much can be done about it. So, please remember to factor in the customs/VAT/etc. when deciding whether to place your order or not. We sincerely wish it was cheaper to ship internationally, sorry everyone.

♥ LOST ITEM/ORDER MISTAKE - If an item looks stuck, or if there was a mistake with your order **please message us before leaving a negative review or opening a case!**

We're very easy to work with and want to do everything we can to rectify the situation and make sure you're happy! :) Please don't open a case against us before shooting us a message (and remember to give us a couple days to respond, please). ♥I GENERALLY DON'T SHIP ON WEEKENDS!

♥ EXPEDITED SHIPPING - If you order expedited shipping, remember that you're paying for the time spent in transit itself to be shorter--that does *not* include the "order fulfillment" time--which is how long it takes to be printed, signed and put in the mail. If you ordered faster shipping, we will -usually- be able to get it out that day or the next, depending on what time of day you placed your order/whether we're at home; however, some things may need to be ordered before we can ship it, or we may not be at home when you place the order, which means it will take us extra time to ship it out. We will do our absolute best to get your order in the mail ASAP, but as we're frequently traveling, I can't guarantee with 100% certainty that it'll be shipped the day you order or the day after, though that is what I endeavor to do!

♥ LOST DELIVERED PACKAGES - If USPS tracking says an item was delivered and you can't find it, you'll--unfortunately--have to take it up with USPS personally and report the package as stolen/lost/missing. We can't do anything on our end, as once we ship it, it's out of our hands. In the past, when we've tried to help, we haven't been able to because you need to deal with your local post office (and we won't even know who that is) when a package goes missing once it reaches the destination. We--the original shippers--are entirely out of the picture by then and have no special way to contact the USPS or anything that's different than what you have. So, if it goes missing after it's been delivered, contact your local USPS office for the next steps.

♥ SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS - If you accidentally listed the wrong address because you just moved/moved while we were fulfilling the order, wait and see if it's forwarded to you. If you simply entered the wrong address, then let us know right away and we will most likely be able to send a new one out, as well, as long as you pay shipping charges.

Frequently asked questions

Are the prints identical to the images shown? Are they signed?

There is no watermark in the bottom-right corner of our prints whereas in the images, there is an Etsy url to prevent image theft. Also, colors may vary slightly between the actual work and the image on your screen. Every monitor is different and some are much brighter than others, so we cannot help if they vary somewhat.

In regard to signing prints: all prints are, by default, signed on the back. If you'd rather have a note included, custom signature or front signature (or all of the above!) let us know in a purchase note or message.

Do you do custom art? Trades? Requests?

We only do custom work when advertised. We do not do unsolicited commissions, alterations to our work, or anything of that nature. Inquiries will likely not be responded to.

In regard to trades: generally not. If I approach you about a trade, then that's a different story, but generally, the answer is no.

For requests: my plate is honestly too full for suggestions ATM. One exception is if you subscribe to my Patreon, however! Check out http://www.patreon.com/meganlara for more details.

Do frames come with the print?

What do I do if there is a problem with my order/something is missing/the tracking isn't updating/etc.?

I entered the wrong address after placing my order and I didn't realize it. It was returned to your store and I would like it re-shipped. What can I do?

If your order is returned to me due to any set of circumstances where you are at fault for the item being returned to sender (i.e. you refused to pay the customs/VAT fees, incorrectly entered your address, neglected to pick it up in a timely fashion) and wish for me to re-ship it to you, you have two options available to you:

* You can request that I re-ship it to you immediately once it's been returned to me--however, please note that you will have to pay the shipping charges again.

* If, after seeing the cost of customs/shipping again/etc, you decide that it is more than you are willing to pay to have it re-shipped, and you no longer want the item(s) for that reason, you will be refunded the cost of your order MINUS the shipping costs.

Will you please send me your image's high resolution files for X reason?

I will absolutely NOT send high resolution files to you for you to bypass having things shipped or for any other reason. Nope nope nope.

Why is your international shipping so expensive?

I understand that international shipping costs--before you even add in the extra customs charges, fees, etc.--are very expensive; however, I charge the absolute lowest I *possibly* can when you factor in the cost of shipping tubes, labels, labor, etc. I'm actually slightly undercharging for international shipping, so please understand that I don't like the pricey international shipping any more than you do, but unfortunately there's not much to be done about it. :( I wish it was cheaper to ship internationally, but unfortunately I am already charging the bare minimum that I can without losing much money.

My order is delayed and won't arrive by Christmas--can I get a refund?

Due to the incredible volume of mail and pandemic restrictions, mail is being delayed in unprecedented numbers at sort centers across the U.S. As long as I've shipped it out in a timely manner, I will not be offering refunds on delayed/missing packages. I suggest you start a missing package search with the USPS:
https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. It's a really difficult situation, but please understand that I can't afford to refund orders that I have fulfilled correctly and on time but are delayed by the USPS).
