WE ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellations if we receive a request before your package leaves our studio. However, a restocking fee (see below for more details) will apply if a personalized item was made, or a chain was cut to the requested length before a request to cancel was received.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS and EXCHANGES

You are not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. We accept returns of most items (see below for exceptions and restocking fees) - please contact us for return authorization within 14 days and ship the item back within 21 days from the date of delivery (as determined by the carrier’s tracking history).

Please package returns securely and ship with a trackable method. We highly recommend insurance as we cannot accept damaged/lost packages. Items must be in the original condition, or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and shipping to and from our studio are the buyer's responsibility.

If the return/exchange was needed due to our error, please notify us within 14 days for a pre-paid return label. After 14 days, the warranty policies below will apply.

RE-STOCKING FEES AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Personalized items: we accept returns of personalized items with a 30% restocking fee (unless there was an error on our part) for domestic orders ONLY. No returns are accepted for international orders.
• Chain necklaces: all chain necklaces are cut from a spool. Once a chain is cut to create your chain necklace, a 20-30% restocking fee may apply depending on the style.
• Stud earrings: non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
• All other items: no restocking fees.

OUR 90-DAY WARRANTY

We stand behind our products. Although purchases are non-refundable after the return period passed, if your item breaks under normal wearing conditions, and if you notify us within 90 days from the purchase date, we’d be happy to repair the item for free of charge. However, all the shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. If there are missing parts, there might be a small charge.

Damages due to a failure to follow the jewelry care instructions shown below (e.g., tarnishing due to exposure to water/chemicals/etc.) is not covered under our Warranty.

Beyond 90 days and for any accidental damage (e.g., your child yanking the charm) or damage caused by a third-party (e.g., a charm attached by you or your local jeweler falls off), we’d be happy to offer a repair for a small charge and materials cost. All shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

NECKLACE LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS

Was the necklace too short for your liking? We offer necklace extenders at https://etsy.me/2eHwYUX for your convenience. We can also shorten the necklace that was too long for you if you ship the necklace back to our studio. All shipping and materials costs are the buyer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES AND VAT/GST/JCT

Etsy displays "VAT/GST/Local Tax included (where applicable)" under the item price, and this applies only to VAT/GST registered sellers in your country. US-based sellers, including us, are NOT authorized to collect VAT/GST/foreign local taxes; thus, the statement is not applicable, and our prices do NOT include these fees.

In addition, customs in each country may charge customs/duties fees upon delivery. Please note that customs randomly select packages to inspect, and we have no way of predicting whether and how much fees they may assess. United Kingdom customs is particularly strict about charging customs fees (see their website for more information: www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/post/buying.htm). All fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

PRODUCTION TIME

Our jewelry is made by hand with care. Production time indicates how long it will take for us to produce an item and mail it out. Please see each listing for its production time.

SHIPPING TIME - DOMESTIC

Domestic shipping methods: USPS First Class (our Standard Shipping, 3-5 business days), Priority (1-3 business days), and Express (1-2 business days, guaranteed). USPS guarantees the delivery date ONLY for Express. We honor our processing time, but we have no control over USPS' shipping speed.

"Guaranteed" means that USPS will refund the postage fee if the item doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date, as indicated by their tracking website. However, USPS may make exceptions to this rule depending on weather conditions and time of the year. Our ability to issue a refund is bound by their rules, and we cannot be responsible for any other loss caused by the delay.

SHIPPING TIME - INTERNATIONAL

International shipping method: USPS First Class mail (10 days to 5 weeks, with the average being 2-3 weeks). Delivery time depends on how quickly customs of the destination country processes packages, and unfortunately, neither the US postal service nor we have control over this.

DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

Your package was lost or arrived damaged? No problem - we insure all of packages, and you will either get the item or money back.

If the item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request a photo of the damage for insurance purposes.

If there is no update on tracking, and you haven't received the package within a reasonable time period, please contact us. 21 calendar days (domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (international shipments) must pass before we can file an insurance claim. We may request the recipient’s signature on the claim form, and a refund/replacement is contingent upon the buyer's willingness to sign the form; we appreciate your kind cooperation. Please contact us within 60 days of the date of the order; after 60 days, the window to file a claim with the insurance company will close, and no refunds/replacements can be made.

If tracking shows delivered, and if you still haven't received the package after a few days, please contact us. Often times, packages are found by asking people living at the same address, checking the side door, asking your neighbors, or checking with the front office if you live in an apartment. We will contact your local post office on your behalf for the GPS coordinates of the location where the package was left and any other information that helps locate the package. If the GPS shows that the package was correctly left at your address, it is most likely that the package was stolen from your mailbox after delivery, and this is outside of the insurance coverage. We will help you file a mail theft report with the post office and your local police department.

NON-DELIVERY DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS

No refunds or replacements will be given for non-delivery to an incorrect/invalid address supplied by the buyer. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct when placing an order.

DISCLAIMERS ABOUT VARIATIONS ACROSS PIECES

Many of our charms are hand-forged or hand-casted, and there may be minor variations in shapes and sizes. The charm surface may have some inconsistencies, and this is a characteristic of handmade jewelry, and is not a defect. Also, the tones of silver and gold plating varies from batch to batch. In particular, please expect that the color of a new add-on charm will be somewhat different from that of charms on a necklace you previously purchased. Metal color changes over time, and old, worn charms on your necklace and brand new charms will have different shades of gold/silver. Gemstones are natural creation of mother nature, hence, variations in colors/makings are to be expected.

We may make minor changes to the chain type/size, jewelry design, and packaging without notice.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Just like clothes, wearing a piece of jewelry day and night without cleaning or resting it will shorten its life. Please follow the care instructions below to maintain your jewelry beautiful and wear it for years to come.

• Do not swim, bath, take a shower, exercise, or sleep with your jewelry.
• After wearing, gently wipe jewelry with a soft cloth and store in the air-tight bag that came with your jewelry.
• Avoid exposing plated charms to alcohol, and allow cosmetics, perfumes, and hair sprays to dry completely BEFORE wearing them.
• How to clean jewelry:
-- Sterling silver items: occasionally polish them with a jewelry polishing cloth. You may also use jewelry cleaning solutions made for sterling silver.
-- Gold-filled and plated items: NEVER use a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaning solution. Clean jewelry with mild soap and gently dry with a soft cloth.
-- Some of our jewelry uses more than one type of materials (e.g., plated charms on a sterling chain). Please click on the item title on your receipt to learn about materials used in your jewelry.

DESIGN FEE FOR CUSTOM WORK

When a custom order request only requires minor changes to existing designs in our shop, we do not charge a design fee. However, if it requires a draw up of a new design and/or multiple e-mail exchanges in finalizing the design, the time we spent will be taken into consideration when pricing the item. Please expect it to be 10-20% higher than regular products in our shop.

How soon can you ship my order?

Delivery time is production time (shown in each listing) + shipping time. If you need the item produced sooner, please feel free to contact us! What if I don't like what I received? Can I return/exchange it?
