I received the best communication with Melanie of Melacacia with my commission!!! I had a very specific request which Melanie went beyond my expectations and fulfilled. Through the customization process Melanie messaged me photographs for my approval. We had zero adjustments or corrections. This was my first Blythe doll customization and I did have reservations. That immediately went away with the first photograph and when my doll returned. What I received was not the plastic doll I mailed away, but a doll that now has character.
