To properly complete your order, you are instructed via Etsy to provide me with certain personal information (which you are authorizing by using Etsy to order my product). This includes your name, email address, shipping information, payment information, & the product you’ve selected and any personalization you included as well.


I rely on multiple legal bases to collect & use your information, such as this information is necessary to provide my services, settle disputes, & provide efficient customer service. Another circumstance could be if you have given explicit permission for me to use it for other things, such as signing up for a mailing list or asking me to contact you for any reason - which you are able to revoke at any time. Or, if I am asked to comply with a court order or legal obligation to which I need to provide your information, or information about your purchases as required.

I am using your information to effectively provide you service and improve my services if need be. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
