    I create polymer clay ornaments, figures, magnets, beads and pendants. If you are looking for something in particular please contact me. I have made many custom items for people and love to work on them.     I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    I try my best to package all of my items securely to prevent item damage. I package every item in tissue paper, bubble wrap and polyfil.

    If for some reason the item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me asap and I'll gladly find a solution.

    Please note, I am not responsible for any shipping damages caused by the post office while in transit. (ie...the box looks like it has been stomped on)

    Due to the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns.

    Shipping
    All of my US orders are shipped First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

    Please note: my shipping prices are shipping (including delivery confirmation) & handling prices. You are not just paying the cost of shipping alone.

    Please check the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account to see if your package is shipped. I always mark the purchases as shipped after I ship them. I do not send shipping confirmation e-mails. If you have questions feel free to contact me!

    International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.

    Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. I will send the item to the Etsy address unless otherwise noted.

    Custom Items:
    I love creating custom orders. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to contact me. I will then send you a price quote.

    How Long Will My Order Take?
    I work on orders on a first come first serve basis based on payment date. Typically your order will ship from 7-14days after payment (maybe longer or shorter depending on my current volume and the size of your order). Please note: I DO NOT work on orders unless they are paid for. While I have some items ready to ship, most items are created after payment. Custom items (items I have not created in the past) take longer to create, so keep that in mind.

    ......Quantity Discounts.......
    I will do quantity discounts when a large quantity of the same item is ordered. I require a 50% non refundable deposit before working on quantity custom orders.

    The discounts are as follows...
    25-50 of the same item - 10% off
    51-200 of the same item - 20% off
    201+ of the same item - 30% off
