I prefer Paypal as payment and I also require payment within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made on time, the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted.

FREE shipping to the UK and a flat rate of £4.50 to anywhere else in the world! You will be notified when your item has shipped. Items are shipped recorded delivery wherever possible to minimise the chances of them getting lost in the mail.

The value of each package will be honestly reported on the relevant forms and the customs payable on them are the responsibility of the buyer.

I completely welcome and encourage custom work. From time to time I will list half finished pieces and the buyer can choose how it is completed, but I am also perfectly prepared to make a piece entirely from scratch to your specifications. If you are not sure what you want, please feel free to contact me. I consider it part of my job to help you crystallise your thoughts into something tangible.
