Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your items. If you need to access your files again, you can always do so by going to your Etsy Profile and clicking Purchases and Reviews.
Unfortunately, Etsy does not yet support downloading digital files through Etsy App, but here's your workaround: Simply open your email from Etsy and click on 'View Your Files on Etsy." Login to your account and there you will see the links to your files.
Where can I get my art work printed and framed?
Please check my listing to see if I offer a printed version of the download of your choice. If not, your local Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, or Office Max would do the trick, as well as Walmart, Ikea, Target, and similar stores.
