The French bar is a hair too small for my hair which is very thick ... Otherwise, it conforms to the description and is of good quality.

Works great with all the clamps, but the headband isn't as stretchy as the ones I already own. So convenient on the other hand to put beautiful curls mounted on crocodile clip while baby has practically no hair.

Quality, solid, super good service, I met him in a salon in person and fell in love with his curls.
Hello, here is the little story behind the creation of my company. 💜
First of all, I want to introduce myself. My name is Isabelle. I am first and foremost a mathematics teacher in adult education, at the secondary level. I've always had an attraction to numbers and logic. I really like Japanese logic games and my favorite is nurikabe (type that into Google 😁). Also, I have been playing the piano since the age of 5, playing it allows me to escape. For as long as I can remember, I've always loved tinkering. As a child, I loved doing origami (I reached such a complex level of paper folding that I had to continue my learning with untranslated books, so in Japanese 😅) and create jewelry. And finally, reading occupies an important place in my life.
In 2016, I had my son: Émile. With him, I embarked on the great adventure of washable diapers for saving money, but also for the environment. At her daycare, the educators accepted washable diapers. To make their lives easier, I made "snap protectors" to indicate where to tie the diaper properly. Since Émile wasn't the only one using washable diapers, I also created labels to identify them non-permanently (in order to be able to resell my diapers later, or to give them to the next one). As a result, I noticed that several moms were asking if there was anyone who sold "snap protectors" and identification tags. So I started doing it for other moms. I created my company "Tie your diaper". My goal wasn't to make money, it was just to give a hand to moms who didn't want to make it themselves.
In 2018, I had my daughter: Léanie. Oh la la, I could now shop on the pink and purple side in the shops! 🌸 That's when I started creating hair curls. First for my daughter, but then I quickly wanted to make it a small business.
Thus, at the beginning of 2019, "Attach your diaper" became "Mélibelle". Why such a name? I wanted a name that doesn't necessarily give a clue to what I'm creating, so I wouldn't be forced to create only hair curls. Also, I wanted, in a way, for the name to reflect my family. Thus, the first four letters designate each of the members of my small family: M for my spouse Mathieu, É for my son Émile, L for my daughter Léanie and I for myself, Isabelle. And the -beautiful in Mélibelle? Simply because it rhymes with my first name, and that my creations, I find them beautiful! 🤷🏼♀️😊
