2 out of 5 starsAlthough I like this item, I assumed for the price it was being sold with all of the original drawers since nothing in the description said that anything had been restored.... However, the drawers themselves have obviously been restored since 27 of them are plastic and 3 are wood. These details should always be noted in the description ( the description said plastic, yes, but there was no mention of the wood drawers, so when I received it, I knew they should have all been wood since the wood drawers are clearly the originals...)

I feel badly that this customer was unhappy with the detailed description in this item. It is difficult to think ahead to every question a buyer may have, but I did provide photos of the entire piece and especially the drawers. I did not describe the piece as entirely original in my ad. The only question received from the buyer was about the color of the wood. The catalog is in wonderful condition and I do not believe the two star rating was fair, it was implied that I behaved dishonestly, and I did not.

A passion for creating in mixed media.
I started my shop as a way to share my art and the passion I have for creating it. You never know what you will find here, as I experiment with lots of ideas and materials. My love of vintage and antiques is always a starting place for me. Incorporating recycled/reusable functional pieces is a challenge I enjoy.
Textile, fiber, clay, and paper are my particular favorites. I am a spinner (of wool). Knit, crochet, felt will often show up in my pieces. Sewing is another area where I feel quite creative.
Free motion stitching was a wonderful discovery for me. Lately, the shop has been fairly neglected and I hope to remedy that soon. In the meantime, as I prepare for a show in April, my mind and heart are filled with inspiration.
