Hi, my name is Jeanne and this is my Mellyrn Shire shop.
Here are my shop rules, but if you'd like to know something more about me and my work please visit my profile page!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
*I accept only Paypal payments at the moment.

*If you can't pay within 3 days and you need more time, please convo me. Anyway, I will ship the item after having received the payment. I will cancel the sale after a week should you not contact me within a week.
Shipping
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, usually I go to the post office once a week, on saturday.

I can often combine the shipping rates if you purchase multiple items, so you can save money easily.
Please convo me before purchasing if you want to know the correct postage rate, or you can buy and then I'll refund you the difference.

I ship the items over 20$ by Registered Mail, and by Priority Mail the items under 20$. On request I can ship all items by Registered Mail but convo me before purchasing, so I can give you a quote, because the postal rate could be considerably higher.

I'll ship the items to your Etsy account address. If you prefer the items to be sent to another address, please send me a convo.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product please convo me within five business days after receiving the item, so we can try to fix the problem. I accept returns within a month from purchase date, only if the item is returned in the original condition and packaging and unused. I'll refund you the entire item price minus the shipping charge: the costs for the return shipping are entirely up to you and nonrefundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS
I accept custom orders, convo me if you have any special request!

WHOLESALE ORDERS
I'm sorry but I can't sell wholesale, my production is limited.

SOAP DISCLAIMER
All my soaps are for external use only. I make my soaps in my own kitchen, so be aware that they are hand-crafted, and they are not produced under any regulation or external control. Although I use only natural ingredients, you could be allergic to one or more components, many natural essential oils can be allergenic: if skin irritation develops, discontinue use immediately.

*PLEASE carefully check the ingredient list if you suffer from allergy or skin diseases, because some soaps can contain potentially allergenic herbs or oils.

*PLEASE check the ingredient list for non-veg ingredients if you are concerned about them: I don't use animal fats but sometimes I use cow milk or honey.

CARE ADVISE for Jewelry, Cups and Cotton items
*I make the jewelry only with natural clay, wood, pigments, felt and sand. I seal them, if needed, with flaxseed oil (wood) or with a glazing (clay), so they are enough humidity-proof to wear but I strongly recommend to not completely submerge them in water.
*I paint all the glasses and ceramic items with water-based colors and I oven-bake them. The colors I use are claimed to be dishwasher-safe but I suggest to wash them only by hand, using a gentle soap.
*All the cotton items are completely hand painted, they are not printed in series, they are unique pieces!
The colors I use are safe to be washed at 40°C.
You should know that I have to wash all the cotton items one time before painting them: the new fabrics are impregnated with sizing, which prevents the paint from penetrating the fibers. So, let me know if you have any special request.
