WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST ?
No REFUNDS are issued on lost, or not received packages because of incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery of the packages.
We can resend package to the new address , but buyer have to pay shipping charges.
We can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages .
When it leaves our office and off to the USPS it is out of our hands.
