I love sewing and crafting! I am so thankful that I am able to be a stay-at-home mom and still get to have a shop where I can flex my creative muscles. :) It makes me so happy to get to make things that other new moms and babies can use and enjoy. Thanks for visiting me today!

Accepted payment methods

I accept PayPal.
Shipping
I use USPS to ship. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment, I don't use insurance, tracking, confirmation. . . anything other than mailing it to you. Since my Boppy covers are personalized and made to order, please allow two to three weeks to receive your order. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know. If you'd like to get your cover faster than two to three weeks, convo me before you place your order - usually I am able to accommodate rush orders (for an extra fee), but sometimes I don't have space in my schedule to do rush orders. If you'd like me to use a different shipping service, or if you have any other preferences, just convo me and I'll happily work with you!
Refunds and Exchanges
Since my products are made-to-order, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where I've done something wrong. If there's a problem, please convo me and we can work out a solution - I definitely want all my customers to be happy. If it comes to a situation when a refund is appropriate, I'll refund (through PayPal) shipping, then after I receive the product from the customer, I'll refund the full purchase price.
Additional policies and FAQs
I treat all my orders like custom orders - I can usually change anything you'd like me to change, at no extra charge (unless the fabric we decide on isn't available at my local fabric stores and I have to special-order it). I guarantee that I'll do everything I can to make you a perfect Boppy cover, or bag, or card. . .
