Shipping Update for Canadian customers: If Purolator does not deliver to your address, (even if you have a PO Box) be sure to check with your local depot. If there is a depot you can pick up from, please send me your phone number to be included on the shipping label. If your package gets does not get picked up from your depot, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO ME. I will have to charge you for the second shipment.
I am the only one working here, so if I don't reply right away I am probably in the shop cutting. My office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

5 out of 5 starsIf I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely not worth the money. Received the product bent due to lack of proper packaging. There were multiple marks on the sign including what looks like glue marks all over the product. Very disappointing.
EDIT: I have updated my review due to the excellent customer service I received. Melanie reached out & fixed the issue with no problems. I was pleased with my experience with her & she clearly works hard to correct any issues! Thank you Melanie! -

4 out of 5 starsThis weighty, high quality product deserves a quality installation. The diameter of the hanger for the Metal Address Signs did not support a Tapcon screw install to brick. Otherwise high marks here. Exceptional finishes!

Hello friends! I'm Mel, the face behind Mel's Metal Market. I started this business a few years ago as a creative outlet and for something to occupy my time in our long, cold Alberta winters. Since then it has grown to the point where I quit my job and work on your signs most of my waking hours! (When I'm not adventuring with my favourite people). I started off with a few simple designs, and then I began getting so many custom requests. I love this because my favourite part of my job is getting to know you! I love working together with my customers to come up with the perfect sign for your beautiful homes and yards.
My husband, Carson, is a great sidekick and the best business partner. We bought a new and improved plasma table last year and have been perfecting cuts and quality, always trying to be better.

Frequently asked questions
Can this sign be hung outside?
Yes! I now paint all of my signs with rust proof paint. However, the back is not painted so if your sign will be in a spot that gets wet alot, you can request for me to paint the back as well. It will take slightly longer to ship as I will have to cure both sides then.
I am from Calgary. Do you offer local pick up?
I am located in a little town called Linden, which is about an hour north east of Calgary. If you want to drive out here to pick it up, you are more than welcome to. I do offer free shipping and it is overnight to Calgary.
