My item arrived broken/damaged/not what I ordered!

Our packaging usually holds up very well, but rarely the item will get damaged in transit. Just send me a picture and I will send you a free replacement.

It says my item shipped X number of days ago, but there has been no movement since then.

Occasionally UPS will not be good about updating their tracking info, which causes this. However, if you paste your tracking number into the USPS website, they usually have better tracking.

If neither of them show any movement, this usually means your package got lost in the mail. Just message me and I will send you a free replacement.

Do you offer refunds/returns/exchanges?

Unless your item arrives broken/damaged/not what you ordered or lost in the mail, I cannot offer refunds/returns/exchanges. I use a custom printing company to make and ship my products, so I don't keep any inventory at my house.

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address!

No worries! Message me ASAP and I can change it easily as long as the item has not shipped yet.

If your order has already shipped, still message me and I will try to work something out. Often times the package will get marked "return to sender" and we can get it to the right address.
