My top priority is customer satisfaction if you ever have any concern please convo me right away and I will do everything I can to make it right. I want each and every customer to be thrilled with their purchase! If for any reason you're not I need to know so that I can make it right.
I accept payment via Paypal.
I usually mail out within 48 hours of receipt of payment and will send you an email/convo to let you know when your purchase is on it's way to you:-). For custom orders it will of course take additional time to create your piece.

I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please let me know if you need to upgrade to overnight shipping.

Insurance is optional please let me know if you would like it added in via convo or the buyers note section at checkout!
Additional policies and FAQs
For custom orders/Alchemy: I typically require 1/2 of the payment up front and then the other 1/2 upon completion. I make a point of sending updated images of the work in progress so that you can see where it's going and let me know if you would like any changes. Again I want you to be thrilled with your purchase!
