Returns and exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 10 days of shipment date for a merchandise credit. There will be no credits issued after this time period. Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear.

Please return items by sending it back in a padded envelope or box. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments so please INSURE your package!!! We cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. Also, please include a note with your return with the following information: name, address, phone number or email and a reason for the return. Your merchandise credit will be issued via email unless otherwise specified. (Please note that this does not apply to custom orders.)
Each item is handmade when you order will ship as soon as possible and may take up to 4 weeks after payment is received. We will ship your gift USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
