4 out of 5 starsThe item came all the way to my state in the US fully intact with no issues, it was quite delayed in shipping and information on where it was at any given time was spotty but that is more of an international shipping issue. However the Quality of the item was great and my mother loved it. their customer service is very responsive as well.

The picture they sent of my finished product was not the one I received and upon reaching out to customer service they said my original had a crack in it so they remade it which would be fine if they would have disclosed it before sending my product out. The one I did receive looks rushed and I am not in love with it.

📸 Photo Proof: We require clear photos of the broken item, the internal packaging, AND the outer shipping box (showing the label).
✅ Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
Important: We cannot process claims without photo evidence of both the item and packaging, or for reports made after the 48-hour window.
