Payment
FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Credit cards, debit cards, Etsy Gift Cards & PayPal are accepted for payment. You may choose to pay through Etsy's site or via the PayPal option shown at checkout.

On a case-by-case basis, I can accept USPS-issued money orders if the total purchase amount (including shipping) is $50.00 or less. The item will not ship until full payment is made. Please contact me before your purchase to discuss.

SALES TAX:

For purchases within Texas, 8.25% sales tax is added to your total order amount (including shipping costs).

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE(S):

You may cancel your purchase(s) if you contact me prior to my deposit of the package(s) with the carrier. I will issue a full refund.
Shipping
I ship items within 1-3 business days. I combine multiple items for shipping, unless it's not feasible due to the size, weight or fragility of the items.

For multiple purchases, I encourage you to contact me before you complete checkout so that I may give you a more accurate total shipping charge.

CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE USA:
I normally ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation/tracking is included for packages (no extra charge). The USPS does not offer delivery confirmation/tracking for First Class envelopes.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA:
I ship internationally for most items. If your country is not listed for the item (under Shipping), please contact me so that I can add the shipping cost amount for your country. Customers are responsible for any VAT or other taxes, customs fees, import fees, handling fees & related fees imposed by their country or the postal system in their country. Please note that custom delays may happen and are out of my control.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer refunds on my vintage items under the following circumstances:

LOST PACKAGES:

I will issue a full refund for lost packages (including shipping), unless the buyer provided an incorrect mailing address or the delivery confirmation/tracking info states that the package was delivered.

To qualify as a lost package:
- if within the USA, you have not received the item within 3 weeks of the mailing date.
- if outside of the USA, you have not received the item within 2-3 months (depending on the country) of the mailing date. This period allows for lengthy custom delays that may have occurred.

If you have received any refund for a "lost" package & it is subsequently delivered, I ask that you please follow the "honor system" - contact me so that you can make full payment to me of the amount that I refunded to you.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, then I will refund the item price only (not the shipping charge) after I receive the package.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If, while in transit to you, the item or entire set is damaged & the damage renders the item or set unusable, I will issue a full refund (including shipping).

If, while in transit to you, there is minor damage to the item or set, or part of a set is rendered unusable due to any damage, I will work with you to determine whether a full or partial refund should be given.

In any of these instances, I must receive photos of the damage (and include the original packaging in the photos) before any refund will be issued.

Please note there will be no refund if the damage was described in the listing or in written communications with you, or shown in the photos, prior to your purchase.

OTHER REASONS:

You may return a non-damaged item for a refund of the item price only (not shipping charge) if:
- the return package is postmarked within 5 days after you receive the item,
- you pay all return shipping charges (including delivery confirmation), and
- I receive it in the same condition it was in when I sent it to you (as determined by me).

If the returned item is lost or damaged in transit to me, then no money will be refunded unless the damage is minor enough so that I will relist the item for sale. In that instance, I will refund any difference between what you paid for the item & the relisted price. No shipping costs will be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
The vintage items in my shop have been used and loved before, so I encourage you to carefully read the descriptions and examine all photos. Please contact me before your purchase if you want additional information about the condition of any item. The very nature of vintage things is what gives them character. And nothing is "greener" for the planet than buying vintage!

Please contact me with any concerns you may have once you've received your items. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
