meowness' Shop Policies

Welcome

Hello and thank you for taking the time to stop by our shop.

We are a collective of two. Myself, Leah/meow, and my dear partner Mr. Leo. We sell little handmade things such as dolls and fairies and OOAK t-shirts.

I will try to keep the following policies clear and direct but if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to send us an email/conversation.

Payment

We accept paypal and credit cards through etsys direct checkout.
We also accept etsy gift cards.

Payment is expected within 7 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the transaction will be canceled.

Shipping

Within the USA, we most commonly ship using USPS First Class Mail for packages under 13oz and USPS priority for heavier packages.

International orders are normally shipped using USPS first class international mail as it is the most affordable option.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that their country my put on incoming packages.

We ship within 5 days of receiving cleared payment, though normally sooner and often the next day.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that a package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can work together to resolve the issue.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have any questions or concerns at all please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read.

FAQ #1: "How do you make the acid washed shirts? Is it just bleach sprayed over top of a mask/template onto the shirt?"

The answer to this question is "yes, sort of." That's like asking someone who paints canvasses, "You just use paint and brushes, correct?" So, yes, I use those things (although many of the shirts do not have any sort of a template at all), but it's what you do with those items that makes or breaks the process and final product. Thanks for your interest!
