The items I create are crafted from genuine vintage fabrics. I use vintage brocades, damasks, velvets and barkcloth fabric. I also make jewelry from vintage tin, vintage beads and Czech glass.
Welcome to Mercedes Sherwood Designs! My name is Constance Scott and I'm located in Baltimore, Maryland. I named this shop "Mercedes Sherwood" after both of my grandmothers' middle names. They were two truly special ladies who have impacted my life and now I'd like to honor their legacies!

I can fit both my sunglasses and another pair in the pouch for my bag and it works so much better than the cases that come with the glasses. Great to keep glasses from getting scratched in my bag!
