My friend and I wanted a custom order so we messaged back and forth and she was so accommodating to get us exactly what we wanted (she even had to make it before shipping)! Also I let her know I would need the order pretty quickly so she rushed shipping and we got it right on time. The quality of the purse and fanny pack we got was incredible. The only small thing I will say is that the fanny pack was way too big for my friend to wear around her waist, even when tightening it as far as it could go, so she had to loosen to wear as a purse. My friend is pretty skinny so this may not be an issue for everyone, but the very smallest caution. But honestly no reservations ordering from Millie, and I'll definitely keep her in mind for my next purchase!

What if my address is incorrect?
Please make sure address information is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to us. If your package is returned you will need to pay for reshipment to the correct address.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancelations
Due to COVID-19 returns/exchanges are not currently being accepted on any items to limit the spread. Items can be customized so please be sure you’ve picked and potentially customized the item(s) you would like prior to production. In normal times, returns on non-customized accessories are accepted. If there are issues with your order, please reach out and the situation will be evaluated for a potential return or refund.
Orders can be canceled prior to the start of production as all orders are individually made to order. This typically starts after 24 hours. Please reach out to have your order canceled within this time.
