    Announcement    Conquering the world. One taco at a time.
    Meriwether was spawned in 2012 on the mean streets of Whitefish, Montana. It's a tough life what with the beautiful scenery, amazing skiing, world-class fishing and basically no people. Also, the tallest building in town is the brewery.

    We are probably the best company in the world.
    On most days we just sit around in our black turtlenecks smoking our pipes. In between smokes, we think up with funny stuff. Most of it pointless and unnecessary. Basically, we design things that aren't really necessary and sell them to people who don't really want them... and we're damn good at it.

    Truth be told, you probably do need most of the things we design. Have you ever tried to drink piping hot coffee with only your bare hands?

    Get a job hippie.
    After spending years as professional (never actually sponsored) skiers, Danny B. and his beautiful bride Barbie Pancakes decided it was time to settle down and make some fat stacks of cash. Some Harvard dropout stole our idea for a massive social media network so Meriwether was our backup plan.

    We will constantly amaze you... but not in a good way.
    Now we design unique, one of a kind gifts and lifestyle goods. We love well-crafted objects and are drawn to the nostalgic, the whimsical and of course, the sarcastic. Deep down we possess a deep yearning for the Good Ol' Days and desperately wish we could go back. The year 1976 would be perfect... or maybe 1983, because Atari was at its peak and that's the year Eye of the Tiger was released. (which is basically the greatest song ever written.)

    Meriwether was founded by Dan & Barb in the beautiful Rocky Mountain ski town of Whitefish, Montana.

    We're cheeky & inspiring (and a bit naughty.) We design unique, one of kind gifts for people of all ages (but it helps if you are young at heart and just stitch sarcastic....) We have an immense appreciation for well designed objects and we are drawn toward the nostalgic and the whimsical.

    Global orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail International. International shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks in transit, but varies by location (and can take up to a month or more). Tracking information IS NOT usually available and we are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, etc. Please be aware of your country's regulations before you order. We are not responsible for any lost international mail. If you have any concerns please contact us before you place your order. You may purchase additional shipping insurance for your package if you wish.
    International orders must be shipped to the confirmed PayPal address.

    We accept either Etsy's direct checkout or PayPal. However, we can accommodate special payment request if arranged prior to placing your order.

    Shipping
    Orders generally leave our studio within 2 to 4 business days... If for some reasons this is not possible, we will notify you with the scheduled ship date. All domestic orders are shipped by either FedEx Ground or Home Delivery OR first class USPS. If you'd like insurance, please send a convo and we will get you a quote.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will provide a refund or exchange (domestic only) for unused items in original condition, less shipping charges. Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. We need to be notified of returns or exchanges before you return the item and need to receive items within 30 days of original payment.

    Refunds are made to the original form of payment, and processing times vary.

    Damages, domestic shipping: If your item is lost or broken in shipping, we will happily send a replacement item. Damaged or lost custom printed items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

    Damages, international shipping: We do not offer refunds or replacements for damaged items or lost international packages unless you purchase additional shipping insurance at the time of ordering.
