    Returns and exchange details
    Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your physical print or original artwork, please notify me within 5 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges will be accepted, but you will be required to pay the return shipping. All physical items are insured by the USPS.
    Payment
    I accept all payment options that Etsy allows. I will accept cancellations on orders up until the item ships. At that point, if a customer wants to cancel the order, they can still do so but will be responsible for returning the item at their cost to receive their full refund exclusive of the original shipping cost.

    TYPICAL TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING TIMES

    For orders within the U.S.:

    All print orders will ship in 1-3 business days and typically take only 2-3 days to arrive.

    Original artwork orders will ship in 1-3 business days and typically take 2-3 days to arrive. Larger pieces may take up to 10 days to arrive.

    Pillows, notebooks, and tote bags are made upon request and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

    I offer custom orders, and wholesale orders. I can create a fantasy piece based on a photo of you child, wedding, family, or favorite pet! Please message me for more details!
