I work with silver that is manufactured in the US by a company that is committed to sustainability. I reuse as much of my silver in my pieces to create eco friendly jewelry.

Payment
I accept Paypal and money orders at the moment. I am applying for direct checkout to accept credit cards--it may take a few days.
Shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING I ship to the address stated on etsy. Please be sure that you list the correct address there, because it takes too long for me to verify all the addresses with your paypal account. I ship United States Postal Service first class through endicia. Endicia allows me to give you a tracking number, so that we are better insured against loss should your package go missing. I am not responsible for loss, theft or damage of your package due to shipping errors. If you would like upgrade to priority, add delivery confirmation, or add insurance, please let me know via convo or email and I can invoice you for the balance of these services at cost. Orders during the work week (Monday through Friday) typically ship within 24 hours from time of verified payment unless they are custom or made to order pieces that require lead time. During times of high volume, sometimes orders can take up to 3 days to process.

Registered---$12 US & $25 International (comes with automatic $45 insurance)
2nd Day Air by USPS---$24 US (domestic only)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When I ship internationally, I have a code that proves that it has shipped, but it does not track. The most secure way to ship international is upgrading to priority or registered. It is not uncommon for international orders to take 4-6 weeks to arrive from the states and this depends on your countries customs. All of my packages so far have arrived safely at their destination with first class USPS. I am not responsible for loss, theft or damage of your package due to shipping errors.

CUSTOMS, IMPOUNDING, VAT
I am not responsible for any extra fees or impounding from customs on international orders. I am also not responsible for any taxes the item incurs due to customs or VAT. Please be sure of your countries' customs policies regarding jewelry before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned no later than 7 days from when you received the package for store credit. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they arrived to you and shipped back to me at your cost with insurance and in the same packaging (i.e. gift box and bubble mailer). NOTE: EARRINGS AND HOOPS ARE non-refundable due to the sanitary reasons. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. I will then refund cost of the piece with in-store credit but not the shipping charges. Please read the listing description because some items may appear larger on the screen. I have tried my best to be as accurate as possible. If you do not understand something in my listings, I invite you to convo and ask questions.

EXCEPTION for CUSTOM ORDERS- I do not accept returns on custom orders because I cannot resell them do to their very specific nature.
