I've been creating for as long as I can remember. From a little girl when my father took me to buy my first paint set, until my husband bought me my first kiln and all of the other goodies in between-I love to create. I embrace it and I find education in your area of passion to be essential. I am especially drawn to functional art. Art with a purpose. Whether it's something you can wear, place on your car or in your home-if it makes you happy--it's beautiful to me.
I have tried just about everything medium in my lifetime. Glass, Apparel, Candles, Body Products, Woodworking, Metal working, Jewelry. I enjoy the creative process that each medium offers.
My first foray into selling my wares was selling funny tshirts to a local salon. That was over 30 years ago. I've tried just about everything in my lifetime. I've owned 3 storefronts and a successful wholesale business. After life got in the way I was forced to close that business. Not being one to sit long and "having" to create-here I am again!
I plan on offering many different lovingly crafted products. It is my desire to offer a large variety of appealing gifts for men and women for any occasion. My main focus is on custom and personalized socks (of all kinds), personalized keepsake ornaments, puzzles, license plates and graphic tshirts. I love how an ordinary gift becomes a keepsake when you take the extra time to personalize it and make it memorable. That's my passion!
I try to meet every challenge head on and look at each day as another day to learn something new. What's the worst thing that could happen? You fail-but even failure creates the opportunity of a lesson.
