At Message in a Bottle, we guarantee the highest quality for your money when you order one of our parasols. We put a lot of time and energy in making sure that your parasol is exactly what you want.

**Please read below about our turnaround time**

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We prefer PayPal, but will accept money orders. Since every item is custom made for you, we will not start a project until the payment has cleared.
Shipping
For all of our orders, we use USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested). You will receive a confirmation when we send the package out, and insurance is available upon request for an additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds unless there was an error made on our part in your order. Everything will be discussed and confirmed before we start creating your item.

All sales are final, however we will work with you if you are not satisfied with your order. Once we ship you the item you will have 30 days to contact us with any issues. If the item is damaged in shipping let us know and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
Additional policies and FAQs
Depending on how many customer's orders we're fullfilling at one time, there may be a delayed turnaround time. This will all be discussed at the beginning of our communications.

We work on our orders in a "need by" basis. What this means is that if someone orders a parasol in July for an October wedding and someone else orders in August for August, the August "need by" parasol will be completed first (unless there is extra time to complete the October). Please let know your "need by" date as soon as your order so I can plan accordingly.

If your first communication to us is within 2 weeks of your "need by" date, there may be a rush fee incurred. This fee, although minimal, will be added on to a custom purchase order or will be sent to you in a separate PayPal invoice.
