After a simple address mistake caused my package to get temporarily lost, the shop refunded my original shipping and then overnighted a new bowtie and suspender set. I was able to use the set for a shoot just like I planned. I can't say enough about the customer service! In addition to the customer service the quality of the product was exceptional! Don't look anywhere else. Shop here and you won't be disappointed!!
