I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about an antique/vintage item from my shop, or, questions in general about a specific era or genre even if it's not from my shop.

There are many antique items on the internet listed incorrectly. Some are even listed as an antique when they are reproductions.

Most often than not, antique items can be dated by era by their specific characteristics, ie., pinbacks, clasps, etc.

So any questions you may have are welcome and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.

The items for sale in MetalCorset are one of a kind works of art and are non-refundable and not exchangable, so please, please, please view my policies before committing to a purchase.

Please be aware that all artwork incorporates antique and vintage items and will have normal signs of age appropriate wear and should NOT be considered perfect or new.

I have provided photos to further detail the listings so I encourage all questions be made prior to purchase.

Photos are taken in macro to show detail and should not be considered the actual size of the item. Please make sure you read the measurements provided in item description.
Payment
The most important philosophy I maintain in both my shops is the relationship between buyer and seller. Communication is a fundamental aspect in a shop owner and buyer relationship and will lend towards a successful transaction. Part of my communication is through my item descriptions so I've uploaded several photos and will try to give as accurate measurements as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase.

Reasonable offers are always welcome for any item in both shops unless otherwise indicated. Most often I accept, other times, I counter offer. But in the end, both buyer and seller are able to negotiate a price.

Positive feedback is always appreciated at the end of a successful transaction. Before leaving anything less than positive, please be sure to contact me prior to feedback with your concerns. My goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. accept all forms of payment: PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards, Personal Check, Money Order and Etsy Checkout.

STANDARD LAYAWAY:

-An immediate 50% deposit towards your purchase is required.
-The balance of your layaway is due in 30 days (unless an agreement between seller and buyer is made prior to a higher priced purchase above $200).
Shipping
Higher priced items over $200 will be shipped with tracking and signature receipt.

Unfortunately, at this time, I do not ship internationally.
