The utmost care is taken in each step of the construction. Should any defect of workmanship or material arise, the artifact will be repaired free of charge.I want you to be happy with your product, and will do anything in my power for you to love the piece you get from me. After all, you loving it is just as important as me making it!

If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping. Any damage incurred while in route of shipping, myself as a seller will gladly cover.
I do require returns be shipped with delivery confirmation.

*Returns on custom orders are handled on an individual basis.

Payments should be made within 3 days of purchase. I accept Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay with a credit card. Items will not ship until payment is cleared. If payment is not made within 3 days of your order it will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have any trouble with checking out please contact me.

I usually ship 2-3 times a week or within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless you have a custom or made to order item. Expedited shipping, priority or overnight can be arranged for an extra fee. We ship USPS 1st Class domestic and International.

Items shipped within the United States are with delivery confirmation.

Items are packaged in a small recycled Kraft box that is hand stamped with my logo. The box is gift presentable ready, and packaged in bubble wrap mailer so they will arrive unharmed. If you purchase more than one item please be sure to let us know if you need them individually boxed as we normally combine items in one box to help keep shipping costs affordable.

If you are an international customer it is your responsibility to know your customs regulations and pay any fees that apply.
If you prefer another method of shipping please contact me prior to payment so I can send you an adjusted invoice. If your paypal address and your Etsy address are different please indicate where you want your purchase shipped to.

As all items are handmade, the item in the photograph may vary slightly from the item you receive.
Custom orders - I will be happy to work with you on a custom design. Please contact me with further inquiry.
I can mail items beautifully wrapped in a gift box with a note to any address should you want this. An additional $5.00 will apply to the cost. If you would like this service please contact me BEFORE completing the order, so I may add the extra cost on. Thanks.
