*Most stock items (non custom): 3-4 weeks until shipping (from order date) +/-
*Customize orders: APPROX 4 weeks until shipping (from order date) +/-
*Address Panels approx 4- 6 weeks until shipping (from order date)
*Powder Coated Items: 6-8 weeks until shipping (please contact me about this)
*Ship now items (must be marked this way): *Usually within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays)

Our timelines are based on how many orders we have, not the amount of time it takes to make your individual order. Sometimes we get MANY orders in a day and sometime more than we can make in a day, so that is why the time-frame. Thank you for understanding.

★ Everyone is doing their best! WE are shipping things as soon as they are finished.

❤ We do offer a $5 upgrade for UPS on each of our items in our shop, so if you would like to do that, please message us and we will tell you where to purchase. They have seemed a little more reliable for delivery time frames since the Pandemic started.

★If an item is marked SHIP NOW it means it will ship within approximately 5 business days (check with me if you need it by a certain time, we are busier certain times of the year over others and that can be delayed if we are overwhelmed with orders) An item must be marked in the listing as a "ship now" item to qualify for this. If it is not, it is not a ship now item.

❤If you need a rush, please inquire! We do have a rush option available, it will cost more ($8) ;) THIS cuts our production time in half (not shipping time) so an item that would normally ship in 4 weeks would ship in 2 weeks, sometimes less.

★If you need a custom order ASAP - shipped within 3-5 business days (with the exception of powder coated items and address items) you can also order a double rush ($16) Please send me a message for approval prior to ordering this.

❤ If you need it by a certain date, PLEASE send me a message. If I do not get a message and we have a conversation about when you need it and it is approved at a different time frame, We will assume that our shipping schedule above works for you.

★★★ After 72 hours, ALL orders (custom or not) do NOT have the option of being canceled, as they are already in the design/layout phase / and cutting queue at that point. Thank you for understanding. We do not offer exceptions to this.
