PROCESSING: Most in stock items are MADE TO ORDER and, at this time, have a 10 day turnaround time. Custom requests have a 10-15 day window. If you need an item sooner than the standard turnaround time, please convo and let me know and I'll do my best to expedite.

SHIPPING: Packages are sent USPS 1st Class unless otherwise requested.

Thanks for visiting Metallic Muse. I am so happy that you are here! My passion for creating roots from a very honest sort of love of beautiful things that says something about the ins and outs of life. My initial design motive was very much "contradiction by design" and I often revisit that notion to see how I, as well as my work, has progressed over the years. I love the irony of imperfections and a lack of predictability in my own work. Like life, those are the things that are real and intriguing and worth noting.


Payment: Due immediately after purchase. Paypal or credit/debit card only. If you're having trouble making payment or would like to pay via credit/debit card, please convo for an invoice. Purchases (with no communication from buyer) that have not paid within 48 hours will be reported to Etsy.

Taxes: Taxes & duties for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's policies prior to making order.

Cancellation: Please be SURE of your purchase prior to buying items. There are no cancellations. If you have a return or exchange, please see below.

Custom: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at time of order for custom work on orders over $100. The remaining balance is then due prior to shipping & after final approval. For orders under $100, full amount is due immediately. There are no refunds on initial deposit (for orders over $100) or for the full amount (for orders under $100). Once final approval has been made, no changes can be made to designs. Please understand that the time invested in developing and/or designing your special product is how we make a living.

Wholesale: Now available IN SHOP! Click the "Wholesale" category on the left hand side bar and see what pieces are currently being offered on a wholesale basis. Then convo for Terms/Conditions and ordering instructions. Its that easy!


Items will be shipped, in most cases, within 3-4 business days via First Class USPS. Insurance is available upon request on orders under $30. For orders over $30, shipping insurance is added automatically except on international orders. International orders are welcome (see above for taxes & duty info).

Rush Shipping: Rush shipping is available upon request. Please convo for price quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds & exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of order. Convo notifying of return and reason of return must be received within the 10 days and must be approved prior to shipping. Requests for refunds & exchanges after that time and/or without approval will not be honored. Item MUST be in original condition and packaging.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges due to refunds or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This money will be requested via Paypal invoice prior to processing.

Breakage: If an item has broken due to reasonable wear & tear within 1 year of purchase, the item will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the buyer (in materials or shipping). After 1 year, case will be reviewed on a one on one basis.

Custom Orders: No refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Once final approval has been made, no changes can be made to designs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If this is a concern, please convo prior to purchase for price adjustment as to accommodate shipping insurance. On a lighter note, we will try our best to package and ship as to best protect the item being shipped.
