Metalsmith on a mission

I majored in photography and soon after, got involved in photo styling and it was there that I morphed into metalsmithing. I can't say that it was the most natural progression but they all share a common creative, visual thread. I'm a a challenge seeker, and a craft junkie. I love artistic processes and their techniques so metalsmitging is a perfect fit.
My process is simple: Good music, loud speakers, and the house all to myself!
I don't over complicate things, I just go with the flow. Some of my best pieces have been made by mistake.

Welcome to Made, where all of my pieces are hand made by me, Ashley Rush. Jewelry making is my passion and I would love to share it with you! Do to the nature of handmade items,slight differences will exist from item to item.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Items are returnable within 14 days of receipt of delivery as long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact me so I can expect the return. All items returned within 14 days will be refunded for the full purchase price MINUS shipping and insurance cost.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
I accept all credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal. Your email address associated with your Etsy and/or PayPal account will be how I contact you if needed.

If your payment is submitted through PayPal e-check, your order will not ship until payment has cleared.
Items will be shipped USPS First class with tracking and insurance.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.


Your order will be shipped using USPS First Class International with insurance. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, and also kindly be aware of any customs restrictions to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on the package's journey will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All packages will be shipped with a customs form declaring the full value of the merchandise, that the item(s) is made in the USA, and declared as Merchandise (even if your order is a gift).

PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left the U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the customs number. I cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take an indecipherable amount of time to be cleared by customs. I cannot take action on "missing" items until at least 45 days have passed.


I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items before 45 days after the item has shipped. Please contact me if something has gone awry, so that I can work with the 3rd party insurance to resolve the issue.
