Payment
We cannot ship an order until it is fully paid.
Shipping
Once an order is placed and payment is received we will ship your order out via US Postal Service within 1-3 business days.

If you have a P.O. Box be sure to give us that address when you place your order. Your shipping charges do not include insurance. If you require insurance please convo us.

If a package is returned to us due to us receiving an incorrect address from you, we will contact you to collect additional shipping expenses assuming you still want your order.

We try our best to ship items out within 5-7 days of your order. Many times we can ship them out within 2-3 days depending on volume of orders. If there is an unexpected delay beyond the 5-7 days, we will let you know when you place your order (for example: if we are waiting on materials to arrive, etc.)

If your package does not arrive within 5 business days of you receiving a shipping notice from us, please contact us. Please realize that once we deliver a package to the US Postal Service the package is out of our control. We do get a tracking number for each package however, and we can work together with you and the postal service to try to locate your package and get it to you. Any delays in shipping once the package is in the hands of the US Postal service are beyond our control so please do not give us negative feedback due to this. Although, it is the US Postal Service that may have lost your package, we will always make good on it, by first trying to locate it. If we cannot locate your package within another 5 business days after finding out you had not received it, we will either re-make your order and re-send it to you at no cost to you or refund your money in full depending on what you want us to do. However, please do not give us negative feedback for a package that we have a tracking number for that never shows up at your doorstep (even when the tracking shows that it was delivered to your address). Once again, it is the fault of the US Postal Service once the package is delivered to them and a tracking number is obtained, but you are our customer and we would never leave you hanging in this situation. I write all this because many packages (too many in my opinion) have been lost by the US Postal Service and although we know it is very frustrating for you, it is as much or more frustrating for us having also paid for the shipping and the order. We fill out a "delayed mail report" on the USPS.com website when a package is missing and the postal service is suppose to try to find the package. Sometimes they do. Sometimes it also helps if you also fill out a "delayed mail report". Please be patient in these situations. thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order to discuss why you need to return your order and to get our approval.

Please be aware that we sell raw metal discs and washers. They may have scratches and they WILL require you to finish them by sanding, polishing and/or tumbling depending on what you like to do. Some may be better than others in your package, they will not be perfect and will not all be exactly alike, but the they will all be the same size.

Once the order is returned to us from you, we will inventory the merchandise, and refund you for any materials returned to us in the same condition we sent it to you.
We do not refund for shipping.
