Damaged during shipping and the artist/seller could not have been easier to work with. Super responsive, immediately filed a claim and while waiting to hear about next steps from the shipper, the artist made a new one and sent it to me. I had both the original, damaged mobile and the new one for a few overlapping days. Once the return shipping label arrived, I sent the damaged mobile back. Accidents happen -- it was dealt with quickly and professionally. And...gorgeous piece -- really happy with it!
