I procrastinated a bit with sending the mold in to get cast and Nicole was so sweet and got it back to me as fast as possible. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!!

I was worried but the resulting product was amazing and an exact reproduction of my dogger's nose! And, it is gorgeous! It's going to be a Christmas gift for my blind husband, he's gunna love it!!!

Creating Howlin' Good Memories!
In 2010, as the “mom” to five dogs and a dog trainer for over 15 years, when my youngest was diagnosed with bone cancer in April 2010 it was a very sad and unexpected diagnosis. Not only was she one of the dogs I used in my training business, but Tellico was a therapy dog and worked hard to dispel myths about the Rottweiler breed. A friend had suggested that I do something to honor her and create a keepsake so I started a search online for something unique.
I found that a few people had created pendants of pawprints and noseprints and thought it was a great idea. So I researched jewelry making and taught myself how to make the molds of the nose and turn it into a precious metal pendant. Luckily I had five dogs to practice with! Within a few months, word had spread and now I have a small business called Metropawlitan Art.
Unfortunately, my Tellico passed away four months after her diagnosis but that was only the beginning of our heartbreak. We ended up losing all five of our elderly dogs within 18 months from August 2010 to February 2012 . I am comforted to have been able to create their noseprint jewelry before they passed and wanted to be able to do the same others. It is so cathartic for me personally to do for other people what has brought me so much comfort in my own dogs’ passings.
We now have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Hannah Boden and an adopted Rottweiler named Barrett. I look forward to creating howlin' good memories for you!

I keep the molds on file in case you would like to order additional products. When ordering, just choose "from mold on file" for discounted price and be sure to include name the kit is under and pet's name
Care instructions
Items are delicate and should only be polished by hand. Do not wear in the shower or to bed.
