Announcement
High quality sterling silver jewelry; rings, wedding rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings with imprint inspired by the ocean, nature and good times of life made by a Canadian jeweller from Quebec named Marie-Eve Bordeleau, Ready-to-wear Sculptures.
Marie-Eve has a deep heart connection to the sea and to urchin shells. She is fascinated by the unique textures that resemble lace or marine elements, which she embeds in high quality sterling or gold. The textures, the visuals – they all tell a unique story. Once she impregnates these into a setting, often alongside freshwater pearls, they become an everlasting memory and a recollection of places.
***NEW COLLECTION***
«Gourmet metal» is the new collection of sterling silver jewellery imagined and made by jeweller Marie-Eve Bordeleau featuring art in the mouth.
The creations are inspired by the distinctive texture of foods or their peelings such as sunflower seeds, rice and pepper seeds, raisins, cantaloupe peelings and others. The ingredients are cast in sterling silver and then assembled to form rings, bands, earrings, pendants and bracelets.
The jewellery is blackened in the hollows and carefully hand-polished to enhance its organic texture and shine. The works are classic, bold, refined and accessible with a unique signature.
ARTISTIC APPROACH:
The smell of a good coffee and the admiration for a sea urchin shell inspired Marie-Eve Bordeleau to create beautiful jewelry with delicate patterns. The pieces are formed from an imprint of a sea urchin shell, food or peels or coffee beans, and then crafted from 925 sterling silver.
Some pieces are also carved in precious wood combined with freshwater pearls or gold. The jewels are carefully hand polished to enhance their organic texture and shine. The classic, audacious, refined and accessible works are distinguished by their unique signature.
Marie-Eve Bordeleau is a graduate of the École de joaillerie de Québec, Canada. From her workshop located in Trois-Rivières, QC since 2009, she constantly innovates and renews herself by combining jewellery techniques and wood carving. She makes high-quality women’s and men’s rings, wedding rings, earrings, bracelets and pendants.

Jeweler Owner
From a young age, I had an interest in art and handicrafts. I started by making jewellery with embroidery thread, hemp thread as well as wood and glass beads. As time passed, I needed a challenge thus, I decided to continue my studies in the arts field. In 2006, I graduated from the l'École de Joaillerie de Québec (Quebec School of Jewellery). I am the proud winner of the "Prize for Technical Evolution," and was awarded in all three years of my study. After a few 2010 business-training courses in Trois-Rivières, "Ready-to-wear Sculptures by Marie-Eve Bordeleau" was born.
