Returns and exchanges
While I strive to make sure everything is in order and approved before completing an order, I would be happy to remedy any issues that may arise after an order has been paid and completed. Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receiving the finished product - tangible or digital.
Payment
Since the majority of my shop items are custom designs created for each buyer, I do require full payment of all orders before I begin design work. This is to protect the integrity of the sale and the professional skills that I offer to my customers. I strive to complete an order as quickly as possible with custom designs turned around within 1-2 days for your review and approval.

In special circumstances, partial payment may be accepted with the remainder due upon completion of the work; these circumstances will be determined at the seller's discretion in a case-by-case basis.

If the buyer decides they no longer need an item or would like to cancel their order before the design is complete, a full or partial refund will be returned to the seller based on the amount of time spent on the order up to the point of cancellation (determined by seller's discretion).
Shipping
For digital files, there is no shipping charge and the completed high-resolution files will be sent via email to the buyer as soon as they are approved. If the seller is handling the printing of any digital files, shipping will be based on the printer used by seller (chosen at the seller's discretion) with costs/timeframe communicated to the seller as that information is available. I will also communicate any tracking numbers directly with the seller so they have full disclosure of where their order is at all times.
