Half the fun of designing and making clothes is seeing happy people wearing them because they don’t come alive until they are worn. Mezmer clothing wants to make clothing that really makes people smile and feel like they have got something special and well thought out.
No two items will ever really be the same, even if they off the peg so to speak as we constantly like to add little idiosyncrasies that make things unique.

Payment
We accept Paypal and Money Transfers. Items must be paid for and cleared before they are shipped and for made to order there will be a two weeks grace period for cancellations before it is no longer to possible to cancel as we will be lovingly crafting your order :)
Shipping
All purchases will be shipped by recorded delivery and large custom orders will be shipped in the safest way possible under insurance.
Off the peg items will be shipped the next working day after payments have cleared and made to order will be shipped as listed in the item specifics (Usually 3 to 9 weeks to make and ship depending).
Please make sure you know your customs policies for international shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns on "off the peg" items within two weeks of the receipt of the item with confirmation that it is being returned.
Custom orders are special cases and if you are really looking for a refund for some reason please contact us we won’t bite.
Damages should be recorded and shown to us via email when reported and Losses will be taken up with the postal service as all items will be shipped recorded or insured.
