I Heart Making Jewelry
A long time ago I went to art school to learn about metal products and sculpture and I realized I have always loved metal as a material.
Over the years I have changed styles and processes, going from lost wax to hardware finds to chain making.
These days my current favorite material is PMC/artclay. Metal clay/Artclay is new to the world since the late nineties and allows us to manipulate metal in soft clay form, bake in a kiln and our creations become solid metal pieces like magic.
I have a kiln at home to do my own jewelry making and experiments. I'm a mad scientist!
I hope you like my work, and I hope you are inspired by all the ways you can express your own creativity by making something or wearing something--
