Thanks for visiting our shop! We love to design, sew , paint, sketch, mold, glue, spray, turn, hammer, cut, and...CREATE! Mostly you will find our custom made costumes and shelf elves here, but will often offer other hand made items as well.

Returns and exchanges
Since most of our items are seasonal and on a strict deadline AND since some are custom made, we do not offer refunds. We DO, however, offer exchanges in some situations and are always to willing to help make the transaction a pleasure. For custom made costumes, we offer one free simple alteration if needed (never had to do this, but it is offered in case). Buyer pays shipping for this option. Once the item leaves our hands, we must go through the delivery service to get any sort of refund for damage/loss. Buyer must take photos of item upon delivery if it is damaged. All packages are tracked. If the post office has it as delivered, we cannot claim it as lost. If you are worried about the package being delivered or left where it might get taken, please convo upon purchase to add signature confirmation to your item.
Payment
We take paypal only at this time in the shop, but can run a credit card for a slight additional charge just convo to inquire. Since items are custom made or on a seasonal deadline, we do not usually accept cancellations, please convo any questions before purchasing.
Shipping
Shipping is normally USPS priority mail. This includes insurance and tracking numbers. Prices to ship to canada are for first class mail. I usually recommend using priority for overseas shipping as well, but in some cases, costs can be lowered using different methods. Any international duties and fees need to be covered on the receiving end. In stock items ship within 3 days, and custom costumes take 2-3 weeks from receipt of your measurements and details.
