A return to primitive soul .. Miama' ..
Miamà has been inspired by my daughter of 18 months .. one of her first words .. It was mom in a strange way but so cute .. i loved it!
Before becoming a mom I have been working for some years in a handmade accessories company .. They realized shoes, bags and accessories handmade .. I was the Customer Service Manager and I was always in contact with customer all over the word but also with artisans .. It was amazing to see them at work .. And see the final risults of their hands. When I had my daughter I decide to dedicate my time to her but I was missing my job .. So I started to learn by myself how to make jewelry .. And I never stopped! :-)

Hello! My name is Stefania, I'm 41 years old and I live in Milano. I have 2 beautiful kids and immediately after they born I discovered my real passion .. to create with my hands. I started with polymer clay to reach to wire wrapped and metal work.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
PLEASE contact me if you have any issues regarding your transaction before leaving feedback. I will be happy to solve any issues you have regarding my jewelry.
Pls note that Miama' creations are handmade so they need a particular care to use them. Pls do not expose pieces to extreme heat, do not submerge in water and store them in box to avoid dust.
I accept the return (if previously agreed) less shipping cost for the return and custom duties.
Payment
For payments by swift bank I kindly ask you to proceed within 48 hours after placed the order, informing me by convo or email. After 48 hours unfortunately the order will be cancelled.

Pls note that the shipment is by standard italian mail, there is no tracking number or insurance

Europe: 6/7 working days
North America: 10-12 working days
South America/Asia/Africa: 15-20 working days
Australia/New Zeland: 15-20 working days
Pls take note that if the order is lost or damaged there is no re-found
so If want to avoid any problem you can ask for the insurance service and I will let you have te relevant cost.
Pls note that for big or delicate creations I suggest to make at least a shipment with tracking,
Miama' is not responsible for any tax or fee applied from the buyer country customs.
If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. This is a generally accepted rule among Etsy members.
