You don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Simply click on the Paypal icon at the checkout and then choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts. It's easy, and is also the safest way to pay on the internet.
Please pay for your purchase immediately. If no payment is received within 3 days, the sale will be canceled. Please contact me within 3 days of purchase if you wish to cancel the sale without feedback left.
Customers residing in New Mexico will be charged the appropriate sales tax at checkout.
I will not pay any customs fees, duties or taxes resulting from an international sale. Please be aware, before your purchase, of what your obligations will be concerning customs. Please also be aware that items may be held up in customs for an indeterminate amount of time. I will not honor any requests for refunds due to refusal by you to pay these fees.

Items will not be shipped until payment has been made in full. If you are paying via Echeck through Paypal, please add 3-8 business days to delivery times. I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item, but I always ship promptly and make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible.
To quote Etsy's Policy: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for incorrect shipping address submissions. The buyer must provide correct addresses in both their Etsy and PayPal accounts at the time of checkout." Please ensure that your address is correct in Paypal as that is the address I MUST ship to in order for everyone to be covered under the Paypal Protection Plan. If your Etsy and Paypal address do not match, I will contact you. If I do not receive a reply within 3 business days regarding your address, I will cancel the sale and refund your money. I feel it is better for you to make the purchase a second time, rather then the item be shipped to an incorrect address and lost for good.
Again, I cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses (as entered by you into Paypal or Etsy) or for items that are not delivered because of refusal or inability to accept the delivery or claim such packages at the Post Office.
I generally ship within three days of receipt of payment, via USPS First Class. Most USA-domestic shipments will arrive in 3-5 days. If you purchase enough items to weigh more than 13 ounces, I will upgrade your package to Priority Mail to save you money. If your purchase includes more than seven stones I will upgrade to Priority Mail, in order to protect the stones during shipping. I you order more than $100 in merchandise from me, I will generally include 1 free stone of my choosing.
If there is going to be a delay in shipping, I will contact you.
I ship USPS First Class International; and expect the buyer to be aware of and responsible for any customs fees pertaining to their country. I am not responsible for customs fees or import charges. Items being held in customs may cause extended delays up to a month or more. I have no control over this, and am not responsible for these delays, however I always ship promptly with the correct customs paperwork. I cannot be responsible for lost international packages, and reserve the right to refuse to ship to countries with histories of lost items. I cannot be held responsible for your refusal to pay customs fees. Refunds and returns are not accepted, due to these fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Refund will be purchase price, less all shipping charges and Etsy fee 3.5%.
The item(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
You must include all packaging materials.
You must pay for any return shipping expense.
Please include a Letter of direction with reason for return.
In the case of damage during shipment, please document the state of the item as it was delivered, with pictures. These will be needed to process any damage claim. I will work with you to resolve damage cases to everyone's advantage.
