A preorder is when you order an item that is not yet in-hand. This can either mean it is in the works of getting produced or is currently on its way to me (more often the latter than the former). This is to help gauge interest and, in some cases, provide a discount incentive to buyers who show interest early. Preorder period can last anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks.

Limited edition items will NOT be restocked. This is either to comply with the IP owner's fan merch policy or simply because the original intent was to make it a limited edition exclusive.

Currently, there is no set schedule as to when products are restocked. It is fully dependent on popularity, production costs, and whether or not the item is discontinued or not. I will usually post when a major restock occurs on my social media platforms!

Enamel pins, charms, and standees are relatively delicate items. Please be careful when handling them. Charms are easily lost when displayed on heavy-use items, such as jackets or bags, because the jump rings they are attached to may get caught on something causing the charm piece to fall off. Enamel pins can be sensitive to sunlight and weathering which may cause color changes in the enamel.

Please note that I will NOT send replacements for any chains, charms, or pins this occurs on so please take care of them!
