From Mica Rica, we are committed to the care of the environment and we have put all the resources within our reach to comply with it.
In our workshop we separate and recycle all generated waste, paper, plastics and above all we recycle water so as not to waste a single drop. We also use recycled materials and that can be recycled in turn in all packaging, cardboard boxes, recycled paper and biodegradable chip, which decompose completely on contact with water, in addition to our gift boxes that are 100% recycled cardboard .
USE AND MAINTENANCE
All our accessories are protected with two layers of Matte finish, which provides them with more hardness and a soft texture, thus preventing the cement from releasing particles that can be toxic and protects against oil, wine and daily use. These pieces are recommended to wash them by hand and let air dry.
It is not recommended to leave liquids inside for a long time or expose them to sudden changes in temperature.
SHIPPING
1. We ship to worldwide, if your country does not appear in the list please contact to give you a budget.
2.- The default shipping in the store is Standard shipping. This is a slow shipment. For the most important dates such as Christmas, we recommend you to advance your purchases, or to hire Express Shipping, to avoid the traffic jams of the transport companies that always occur on these dates.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Standard shipping.
Standard shipping is basic shipping. It is the cheapest but it takes time to arrive. The transit time of this type of shipment varies for each country, and also depends on the date. The average time is specified in each of the articles and is only a reference, it is not exact and can, as I have said, vary according to the circumstances.
Express delivery.
This type of shipping must be selected when you are in the shopping cart. We recommend its use if you are in a hurry to receive the package on a certain date. This type of shipment has a transit time between 3 and 4 business days.
Can you eat in the pieces?
Food can be safely served in all rooms, but cannot be cooked in, or put in the oven or microwave. Even so, you should know that cement is a very porous material and this can cause the pieces to be stained with certain vinegars or sauces.
How are they cleaned?
You just have to wash them with a neutral soap and a soft scouring pad and let them air dry.
Do not use abrasive pads or solvents.
The rest of the pieces weigh the same as the pottery can weigh.

Thank you Angela for remembering to follow the instructions. Plus, we've now added quartz to the mix on all of our knobs to make them even stronger. It is important to know that concrete is a material that hardens over time, which is why this is so important.
