Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, it's just my husband and I creating all of the pieces and it's made to order. This is also the busiest time of year so we appreciate your order and patience SO much.
Returning customers please note that we are unable to use the same thickness of wood as supply has run out, all name cutouts are now made out of 1/4" thick wood instead of 3/8" wood.

Unfinished Products
We can just cut the design and send you unfinished wood if you would like to finish it yourself.
What colors do I have to choose from?
Right now we're offering what's shown on our color chart that's included in the pictures section of each listing. If none of those work then unpainted comes sanded and ready to be finished at home. Please reach out if you have any questions!
What if my sign arrives broken?
We wrap and package our products as carefully as possible to ensure that they aren't broken when shipped. Unfortunately, it still happens sometimes. If your sign arrives broken please contact us right away with pictures of the broken sign, the box from different angles showing any damage, shipping materials, and the shipping label. You MUST hold on to all materials for inspection. I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. We will get the new sign going as soon as we receive all of the above info and do our best to get it out as soon as we possibly can with the current workload. If you request a refund it will NOT be processed until the insurance claim on the sign has been approved via the shipping carrier.
Hanging
Word cutouts do NOT come with hanging hardware, please read the description of the item you're ordering for information on how we personally hang our cutouts.
