Preferential refunds are only permitted if return shipped immediately within 3 days of receipt at buyer's expense, and upon examination of the work for resellable condition. A refund will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee, within 14 days of receipt and approval. Shipping fees are not returnable.

Digital imaging and reproduction of colors may not always be exactly acurate, however, every attempt is made for clear, focused imagery.

Paintings are shipped insured, and any damage or shipping claims will settle with the carrier.

Michael Moffa accepts payments through Pay Pal for the greatest ease, speed and security. No need to worry about checks clearing, getting lost in the mail, or being imporperly filled out.

You can pay through Paypal without opening a Paypal Account. It's a great way to shop online and keep your account information secure.

It is the desire of Michael Moffa to use recycled or recyclable shipping materials whenever possible, especially 2nd use shipping boxes and packing materials.

Small prints and works on paper are shipped by USPS and/or International Airmail in a new rigid carboard mailing envelope that is recyclable.

Small canvas panel apintings and mixed-media works are shipped by USPS and/or International Airmail in a new padded envelope.

Small Items are shipped by UPS for Domestic and USPS for International sales. Items are packed with craft paper and/or bubble wrapped in a carboard box.

Paintings are shipped wrapped in craft paper and in cardboard cartons or packing. Shipping is by UPS Domestically and paintings are insured for the sale price of the work.

Oversize Item Delivery:

Please convo for oversize painting or object shipping/delivery options. Private Van delievery is an option for Large Paintings or multiple items through an associated Independent Contractor servicing the Northeast Metropolitan area and further destinations.

International Buyers:

Please Convo for UPS shipping quotes and/or International shipping options. I will research these and add the quotes and options as my store expands.

Please note that International shoppers are subject to any customs duty or fees applicable to their own country and such fees are not included in any shipping or item pricing at Emporio Moffa.

Due to the nature of my work and methods employed I do not take traditional commissions, however, suggestions on size, color scheme and overall mood or tone are welcomes and accomodated if possible and within the artist's design mode.

Inquiries by architects, interior designers and decorators seeking pieces to complete looks or design solutions are welcomed.
