So not only is Michele a FANTASTIC artist, as is evidenced in this colorful, balanced photograph that my husband LOVES, but she was great to work with. She went out of her way to make sizing that met my request and was a huge help in guiding me along the way. As a birthday surprise, this Case photo was meant for his office. But we all liked the stylized image so much it’s hung in a public area of our house. My husband’s first internship a million years ago was with Case - a time he looks back on fondly. This reminder makes him happy and for that I am SO grateful to Michele for it, and for rushing to get it here in time for his surprise birthday party.

I am sorry the customer was disappointed with her item. I reached out to her and she told me she assumed the item was a vintage item and did not realize it was a new made-to-order artwork.

💙 How are your items shipped?
My Michele💙Blanche Items are shipped via USPS direct to you from my manufacturers.
💙 Can you personalize items?
Yes! Just send me an Etsy convo or email. I will work with you so you can receive a Michele💙Blanche item you love!
💙 Can you give a discount for a large order?
I can! If you wish to order 25 Michele💙Blanche totes, pillows, prints or what ever I offer, send me a convo and I can get a quote and see what kind of discount I can offer.
💙 Can you combine items for shipping?
Not all of my designs come from the same manufacturer partner, but it may be possible to combine Michele💙Blanche items for shipping and I pass the savings on to you by refunding any overages. For a more accurate shipping quote contact me via an Etsy convo or by email.
💙 Will you ship larger items internationally?
I can! If a Michele💙Blanche item is not available internationally, send me an Etsy convo or an email message and let me know the shipping postal zip code and the size of the item you want to order. I can set up a custom listing or get you a shipping quote.
💙 Can I return an item if it is "not what I thought it would be"?
All of my Michele💙Blanche items are custom orders and are not returnable. In the case of a manufacturer defect or damage during shipping, I will need proof of damage via a photo. In the case of a defect the manufacturer will remake and ship the same item at no cost to you.
💙 I wanted a vintage camera not a PHOTO of a camera, may I return it?
Life is busy, I get that! But, if your are going to purchase something online, be sure to read the whole description of what the item is before you pay for it!! My Michele💙Blanche item descriptions are accurate and clearly describe the items as artwork and decor.
