REALISTIC SHIPPING CHARGES: This is a challenge for my shop as USPS, FedEx and other shippers charge a significant amount to deliver packages all over the United States and to the UK. In each listing the weight and size of the box brings the costs up significantly, depending on the location. All items in my shop are weighed and calculated to the exact size box and weight in order to give a realistic price for shipping. As a seller, small business owner, it is recognized that these shipping charges can be a deal breaker for the consumer. Please know and understand that boxes, bubble-wrap, tissue paper and shipping tape all come at a price and comes out of our pockets in order for consumers to receive that special item to your door.

All my creations take time to build, prep and paint, then embellish with unique accents. Sometimes the materials I use are costly, like the artificial cactus succulents, which add to the structure of the cost. Each item is carefully made with quality glue and paint.

My choice of wood is cedar fence board for all my woodworking projects, with exception of the patriotic flags which are made of poplar. Fence board has characteristic of its own with knots and imperfections, plus the grain, that really make my projects unique and rustic looking. I use quality glue and the best paint products that I can get my hands on. I try my best to keep the cost down and do know that hard earned money needs to stretch a long way and we are all on a budget.

I'm always looking for vintage planter pots of some sort to make artificial cactus or plant arrangements in. My favorites are the fat pigs and dachshund dog potting planters, they are just adorable.

REFUNDS: If you are not happy with your items you've chosen you may return within 7 days of ordering for a refund with a 20% re-stocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS . After 7 days have passed there are NO REFUNDS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Yes, I ship International, you'll need to contact me. When ordering several items let me know so I may create a special listing reserved in your name. This will allow for correct charges on overseas shipments without creating overages on shipping.

CANADA SHIPPING: When ordering keep in mind the exchange rate to your country is higher then our US dollar. Creating a reserved listing in your name with the items desired helps calculate the proper shipping charges. Check your exchange rate with US dollars.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: All my packages are insured so there is no worries on your behalf when items are lost or damaged. Make sure you contact me immediately and take photos for proper evidence if damage has occurred through the shipper. These unfortunate circumstances are rare, but do happen.

SHIPPING CHARGES ON REFUNDS:
Shipping charges are your responsibility and must be accompanied with insurance and packaged for proper travel. Refunds will follow once items are received in same condition product left my shop.

VINTAGE: Etsy defines vintage as any item over 20 years old. (currently anything prior to 1994). So vintage 70’s or vintage 80’s does not mean we are claiming the piece is an “antique”.

USED CONDITION: This means the item has been pre-owned in vintage used condition with signs of wear, some small miner chips that will be pointed out on the listing photos, unless it has been missed, but I am usually looking through to ensure there is no major problems with the items. After all, vintage is old and hard to find (sometimes).

HANDMADE: The term "handmade" can additionally be interpreted as "hand-assembled" or "hand-altered." Each piece is hand painted and hand distressed by me. Due to this process no two pieces are exactly alike. Because cast iron pieces are “cast” (meaning a mold) imperfections and marks are possible and items may vary in appearance. According to Etsy, antiquing or painting and distressing items is “hand-altering”.
