Our shipping includes insurance. A cost effective safe guard for both parties.
We ship to your Etsy address not the PayPal address unless they are the same. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct. If you have an alternate ship to address please let us know when you order.<br><br>
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied or have any questions regarding your order, please contact us first with the opportunity to resolve the issue before you contact Etsy or PayPal or leave negative feedback. We strive for customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Returns are accepted if shipped back within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unused. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the return package arrives damaged we will contact you via e-mail and you will be responsible for filing a complaint with your shipper.
We are not responsible for any lost package if it's not insured but will try my best to solve any problems that arise. Please contact us for insurance cost if you want to insure your package. If your insured package is lost during delivery which is rare but can happen, you'll get a full purchase price refund after five weeks waiting period. As requested by Canadapost, we have to wait five weeks after the package is mailed to file a lost package claim. In the mean time, most packages arrive during the five weeks waiting period.
If you have received an item that is broken during delivery, please contact us right after you receive it with a picture of the broken item and we will ship a replacement.
